I believe that when you are looking for a professional to help you purchase or sell your home, that probably the single most important thing you should ask yourself is “do I trust this person?”
You need to be able to trust that they are professional, that they are competent and that they have enough knowledge and experience to help you achieve your real estate goals, but you also need to believe that you can trust this person to act with integrity and honesty and to put your best interests first. You will be working closely with this person and it is important that you connect and feel you can trust them.
That is why I take the time to tell you who I am as a person and what I believe in as a Realtor®.
I am the proud mother of an 18-year-old son. I was born and raised in St. Catharines, where I went to Niagara College for Business Administration and Brock University where I obtained a degree in Biology. I know the Niagara Region very well.
I became a Realtor® after losing my job to a company shut down in 2011. I had always had a passion for real estate and investing and decided it was a profession that would allow me to control my ability to work and I have not looked back since. I have been a Realtor since 2013 and am also currently obtaining my designation as a Certified Residential Appraiser through the University of British Columbia in addition to working as a Facilitator for Humber College delivering their Real Estate Program to new potential registrants.
I work hard for my clients and I always strive to exceed their expectations. If you love a house or commercial property, and I see a good reason why it may not be the right one for you, you can trust that I will tell you. If it is priced too high, I will tell you. If we need more information, I will get it.
